Ruth Polish make 10-free, vegan-friendly, long lasting nail polishes.
Our polishes are never tested on animals.
Our polishes are free from:
- Formaldehyde Resin
- Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)
- Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP)
- Animal Products
At Ruth Polish we are a drop based limited run company. Each collection or 'drop' we produce is only in limited quantities.
Once an item sells out from a certain drop, it will not available again for the short term. However, colors may be restocked in future drops.
All of our products are listed in USD and all payments must be made in USD.
We currently do not accept checks or money orders.
We charge tax for orders within the state of California. The tax rate is 8.25%
Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org and we typically respond within 24-48 hours.
If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.

All prices shown are USD.
U.S. shipping - $5 USD (Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days)
Canada Shipping - $15 USD (Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days)
However we offer FREE shipping only within the United States for purchases over $40.
International shipping is a flat rate of $35 USD (Estimated delivery time 14-28 business days)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
