Shipping policy
Order processing
We process orders Monday to Friday, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays at the dispatch location start processing the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email once your order is placed. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email us at hello@ruthpolish.com. We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can't change it.
United States shipping
U.S. prices are in USD.
- Orders under US$40: US$5 flat rate, delivered in 3 to 5 business days
- Orders of US$40 or more: free shipping
The Ruth Sweatshirt is made to order and ships separately from our print partner. U.S. shipping starts at US$7.39 and is calculated at checkout based on weight. It isn't included in the US$5 flat rate or the free shipping offer.
Australian shipping
Ruth Hair Sticks are available for Australian delivery and are packed and sent from Doncaster, Victoria. Australian prices are in AUD.
- Orders under A$50: A$7 standard shipping
- Orders of A$50 or more: free standard shipping
Orders are dispatched once stock is available. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Nail polish and apparel are not currently available through the Australian catalogue.
After your order ships
U.S. orders ship with USPS, except items sent separately by our print partner. Australian orders are sent from Doncaster, Victoria. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier and let us know so we can help.
Packages returned to us as refused or unclaimed are refunded for the items, not the shipping. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, email us and we'll file a lost-package claim and refund the items.
