Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. We can be reached at hello@ruthpolish.com and we typically respond within 24-48 hours.
If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
All prices shown are USD.
U.S. shipping - $5 USD (Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days)
However we offer FREE shipping only within the United States for purchases over $40.
Unfortunately we no longer international shipping.
SHIPMENT TERMS
Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS, it is out of our control. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.
International orders placed through a US store will ship out through USPS. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local postal service. Tracking may say "delivered" or "ready for pick up" when it arrives at your local post office. You should then receive a notice from them stating that the package has arrived.
Customs fees, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Your local post office may hold the package until such fees are paid. Please contact your local customs and/or post office for more information.
Any packages that are returned as "refused" or "unclaimed" will be refunded for the items sent back. Shipping will not be refunded in such cases. If the package is sent back before you were notified or does not arrive within 8 weeks, please contact us. We will file a claim that the package was lost and issue a refund for the item(s) only.
